Applications are invited for a Claims Learnership from unemployed matriculants between the age of 18 and 35.The Learnership program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work based exposure may include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and record files to be assessed and finalized<\/li>\n<li>Pre-screen files to ensure they belong to the correct branch of the RAF.<\/li>\n<li>Physically arrange files to be assessed and finalized<\/li>\n<li>Transfer files for administration of the Undertaking.<\/li>\n<li>Updating the information on the files to correlate with the claim system in respect of claim numbers, link number, claimant and attorney\u2019s details.<\/li>\n<li>Update the status and allocation of files on the Claims viewing system.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of files to be assessed and finalized.<\/li>\n<li>Keep daily stats of activities on work allocated and work to be assessed.<\/li>\n<li>Submit daily and monthly stats as required by management.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to queries from stakeholders pertaining to submissions and collection of files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and other Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified copy of Grade 12 \/ Matric ( English (symbol D\/ Achievement level 5)<\/li>\n<li>Certified copy of your ID<\/li>\n<li>Certified copy of grade 12 results<\/li>\n<li>Your CV and motivational letter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical and behavioral competencies required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be required to display the following competencies in this role:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail orientation<\/li>\n<li>Desire and potential to learn<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize tasks as needed<\/li>\n<li>Share our organisational value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Learnership programme will give you the opportunity to work while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification: Business Administration NQF Level 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTION TO PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Indicate the name and the reference number for the Learnership you are applying for on the subject line.<\/li>\n<li>Submit a short CV and a motivational letter as to why your application should be considered with a maximum of 3 pages,\u00a0<strong>applications with no transcript will not be considered.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Indicate the branch for which you are applying.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Applicants who have been on a learnership programme will not be considered<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>NB:<\/strong>\u00a0Applications can be forwarded to the following mail address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Tsholanang.recruitment@raf.co.za\">Tsholanang.recruitment@raf.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-ZA\"><strong>No<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0hand delivered applications will be accepted<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The Road Accident Fund subscribes to the principles of employment equity and preference will be given to groups who are under- represented in terms of our Employment Equity Plan<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please note that the prospective employees will be subjected to security vetting<\/p>\n<p><strong>NB:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Applicants who have not received any correspondence from us within six weeks from the closing date can consider themselves unsuccessful<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Closing Date: 09 March 2018<br \/>\nLocation: Pretoria<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ref: LNSP 28112017 PTA Purpose of the Learnership:\u00a0The Organization is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work experience.
