\nPurpose of the role:\u00a0<\/b>
\nWe are looking for a responsible Intern to perform a variety of reception and administrative tasks. The Intern will be required to provide support to our internal and external clients, furthermore assisting in daily office needs and company’s general administrative activities.<\/p>\n
The Intern will undergo In-House Training and Developmental Courses and will receive a stipend.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022 Greet clients, visitors, and guests as they enter into office
\n\u2022 Provide information regarding products or services of the company
\n\u2022 Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel
\n\u2022 Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments
\n\u2022 Provide information to callers over the telephone Answer telephone calls and
\ntransfer calls to the appropriate person<\/p>\n
General Administrative duties:<\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022 Respond to emails and office correspondence
\n\u2022 Update employee attendance and visitors\u2019 records
\n\u2022 Assist visitors in filling out forms
\n\u2022 Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
\n\u2022 Update shift diaries and report maintenance issues
\n\u2022 Perform light maintenance on equipment
\n\u2022 Monitor, stock and restock office machines
\n\u2022 Perform data entry and filing activities
\n\u2022 Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis
\n\u2022 Sort and distribute incoming mail
\n\u2022 Assist in resolving clients\u2019 issues and complaints
\n\u2022 Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
\n\u2022 Order supplies and equipment when required
\n\u2022 Schedule staff appointments with clients or company representatives

\nKnowledge and Skills:\u00a0<\/b>
\n\u2022 1 year\u2019s similar administrative or receptionist experience will be advantageous.
\n\u2022 Presentable, friendly and energetic
\n\u2022 Organised, responsible and proactive
\n\u2022 Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)<\/p>\n
