It\u2019s how we bring ideas to life.<\/p>\n<p><b>OVERVIEW:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Quantity Surveyor to ensure commitments to Clients are promptly met.<\/p>\n<p><b>REQUIREMENTS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Completed BSc Quantity Surveying qualification<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Occupational, Health and Safety Act, Quantity Surveying Act (Act 49 of 2000) and other appropriate legislation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote a safe and efficient operation at the Aurecon offices and when based or travelling to Site<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate and support Client and Contractor safety programme(s)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high standards of housekeeping<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the appropriate Aurecon procedures, policies and protocols<\/li>\n<li>Distribute appropriate reports to Aurecon Quantity Surveying personnel<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the compilation of Enquiry and Contract and Contract Amendment documentation<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the compilation of Bill \/ Schedules of Quantities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with compilation and issue Cost Base Estimates and Feasibility Studies<\/li>\n<li>Assist with compiling Contractor(s) Estimated Final Cost<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the proper storage of materials and consumables<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with SANS (SABS 1200) and other appropriate methods of measurement<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the Aurecon waste disposal procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/careers.pageuppeople.com\/474\/caw\/en\/job\/931452\/graduate-quantity-surveyor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/b><\/a><br \/>\nClosing Date: 12 Mar 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Aurecon Attributes are how we stand out from the crowd.
