We have conversations with them, we find out what motivates them, and we learn how to influence them.<br \/>\nAdministration support to Project Coordinator\/Project Manager with Client accounts on the delivery of Agency services in an efficient and effective manner.<\/p>\n<p>Day to day responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p><b>Office Administration \u2013 Key functions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoter Recruitment and verification of applications on the database<\/li>\n<li>Campaign Store Bookings \u2013 booking schedules<\/li>\n<li>Collecting feedback forms and compiling feedback reports<\/li>\n<li>Logistics Management \u2013 courier bookings, waybills, monthly recons i.e. allocating costs to project budgets<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Management \u2013 Promoter clothing, kit items<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing of Suppliers \u2013 researching new suppliers when required<\/li>\n<li>Promoter bookings, setting up trainings<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of weekend activations \u2013 spot checks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Valued qualities:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills (team player)<\/li>\n<li>Good planning ability with attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and written skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Computer literacy:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>All Microsoft products, example: MS Outlook \/ MS Word \/ MS Excel \/ MS PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Functional and Inherent Requirements:<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Drivers licence and vehicle<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Send us your CV with a cover letter supporting why you believe you would be the perfect for this position to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:dez@urbanstriker.biz\">dez@urbanstriker.biz<\/a><\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Kindly take note that if we do not respond to you in the next two weeks you may regard your application as unsuccessful.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Urban Striker we understand that innovation means changing direction, not to be different, but to be better.
