Our staff is integral to the success of the company.<\/p>\n<p><b>Provide a comprehensive support function to the talent development team<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist and support the talented team with the coordination and administration of all tasks relating to our learnership programme<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all the required documentation, declarations, and consent forms have been completed, signed and received in line with company policy and procedure<\/li>\n<li>Confirm and communicate all necessary engagement details for the learnership programme<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all materials required to ensure an effective &amp; efficient service is provided to all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Handle requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update our workflow and standard operating procedure documents in consultation with management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ensure effective and efficient utilization of our talent systems<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of our employees<\/li>\n<li>Update and accurately maintain data<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that our document retention requirements are met as per company policy and procedure<\/li>\n<li>Research and collect data for various talent development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Save and file all talent documentation according to our department policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Increase our employer brand awareness<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively promote the HC Group as a preferred employer and, know and communicate our employer brand<\/li>\n<li>Continuously build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by acting as a brand ambassador<\/li>\n<li>Always ensure that clear and professional communication takes place between all relevant stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Design, coordinate &amp; distribute internal talent communications to business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Reporting<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately track progress, deadlines, and priorities of projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly trackers and reports are accurately maintained and updated on a regular basis<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all data presented for tracking, reporting and analysis purposes are accurate so that we can utilize the information gained to make effective talent decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ad-hoc<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the implementation and optimization of projects and research assignments as requested by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Accreditations<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant 3-year diploma or degree in Human Resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience &amp; Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0 to 6 months working experience as an administrator within the HR \/ Talent industry<\/li>\n<li>An excellent understanding of talent development function (skills development &amp; learnerships)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<li>Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Attributes &amp; Behaviours<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Professional, energetic, proactive and positive team player with great business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and great relationship building ability<\/li>\n<li>Clear communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels \u2013 both verbal and written<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure \u2013 independently as well as in a team<\/li>\n<li>Detail orientated with excellent accuracy skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, result and deadline driven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/homechoice.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/Job?ref=Sm9iSWQ9MTEyMCZTb3VyY2U9R2VuZXJpYy1TaGFyZSZ1bmlxdWU9MjAxODAzMjMwMw==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>CLICK HERE TO APPLY\u00a0<\/b><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our working environment is designed for safety and comfort.
