Skills<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-block\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"content-block\">0 to 6 months working experience as an administrator within the HR \/ Talent industry<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"content-block\">An excellent understanding of talent development function (skills development &amp; learnerships)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"content-block\">Excellent understanding and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"content-block\">Effective communication skills (verbal and written)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"content-block\">Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-block\">Attributes &amp;
