Electrical Engineering, Extraction Metallurgy, Financial Management (Not chartered Accounting) and Geology<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Candidates are invited to apply for bursary opportunities that are offered by the Company in the following disciplines:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mining Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Extraction Metallurgy<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management (Not chartered Accounting)<\/li>\n<li>Geology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 learners will be pre-evaluated on Grade 11 final results and will be subject to an assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of a 6 symbol for Mathematics and Physical Science and as per Institution requirements for engineering fields.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of a 5 symbol for Mathematics and Physical Science for Technical fields.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of a 5 symbol for Mathematics and Accounting for the field of Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Academic requirements need to be an average year mark of 60% and above for 2nd or 3rd-year students.<\/li>\n<li>A CV with your Grade 11 report or latest academic results from the university if you are at university.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of residence.<\/li>\n<li>Non-affiliated students applying should \/ cannot be affiliated with other organizations or currently supported by a private institution.<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mpumalanga.<\/li>\n<li>Preferences will be given to Coloured, Indian, African Females and people with disabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Shortlisted applicants will be subjected to interviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The successful candidate must be in possession of a valid certificate of fitness or be fit enough to obtain one prior to commencement in this role as this is a requirement of the<br \/>\nMy Health &amp; Safety Act.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE BURSARY COVERS THE FOLLOWING:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuition fees.<\/li>\n<li>Meals &amp; Accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Prescribed textbooks.<\/li>\n<li>Payment of any compulsory excursions or seminars which may be required.<\/li>\n<li>Personal
