The role will report to the group events manager.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate must have proven experience of CRM systems or sales\/marketing data coordination experience and must have a passion for data and reporting. The candidate must also have a sound understanding of trends within CRM and must have knowledge on how to deliver effective B2B and B2C campaigns.<\/p>\n<p><b>Job purpose<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all CRM data analysis and reporting on global campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Manage all lead, contact and opportunity accuracy in CRM<\/li>\n<li>Conduct all mass mailings campaigns and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Key responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Upload, track and monitor all Global Marketing and Sales campaigns on CRM<\/li>\n<li>Assist all Marketing units (Brand, PR, Events, and Global Sales) with the distribution of CRM \/EDM communication<\/li>\n<li>Practice quality control of all data on CRM<\/li>\n<li>Deliver frequent reports and analytics<\/li>\n<li>Manage data completeness and accuracy throughout CRM<\/li>\n<li>Improve data accuracy standards locally and throughout all 28 global offices<\/li>\n<li>Implement and control best practices with one-to-one relationship direct marketing<\/li>\n<li>Understand, strategize and implement effective use of segmentation to improve communications<\/li>\n<li>Plan and utilize variable data in direct marketing communications<\/li>\n<li>Manage the process and steps to ensure every email sent from CRM is perfect<\/li>\n<li>Create and analyze reports from CRM to deliver insights to improve activity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure every level of detail for all direct marketing is tracked and reported on<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with all 28 offices to ensure that they are accurately recording marketing initiatives bringing in leads and prospects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications and work experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in information technology or commerce<\/li>\n<li>Graduate or one year of experience in direct marketing\/IT<\/li>\n<li>Application requirements (applications failing these requirements will be discarded)<\/li>\n<li>Cover letter stating: how you meet the above requirements and your gross monthly salary expectations<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive cv with reasons for leaving each position and no gaps in employment dates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Company Description<\/b><br \/>\nHenley &amp; Partners Group is the global leader in residence and citizenship planning.
