For more than 100 years, I&amp;J has been a trusted name in seafood \u2013 it operates a modern and efficient fleet and continues to train and develop experienced fishing crews committed to fishing responsibly, with a long-term vision.<br \/>\n<strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Degree in Microbiology \/ Medical Microbiology (BSc\/ Food Science)<\/li>\n<li>1 Years\u2019 experience in a Microbiology laboratory or an Honours Degree<\/li>\n<li>Analysing<\/li>\n<li>Persuading &amp; Influencing<\/li>\n<li>Adapting &amp; Responding to Change<\/li>\n<li>Deciding &amp; Initiating Action<\/li>\n<li>Working with People<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to ISO 17025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microbiological sample analysis<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of documentation (ISO 17025)<\/li>\n<li>Internal client liaison (I&amp;J)<\/li>\n<li>Validations<\/li>\n<li>Media quality control<\/li>\n<li>Environmental control<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Assist and adherence to GLP<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for general house-keeping the laboratory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nI&amp;J is a leading fishing company and manufacturer of high quality chilled and frozen foods.
