Are you passionate about healthcare and delivering superior patient care? Clicks have an exciting opportunity available to complete a Leadership Programme to qualify as a Pharmacist Assistant. The position reports to the Pharmacy Manager.<\/p>\n<p><b>Learnership Programme:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Successfully complete a National Certificate: Pharmacy Assistance Learnership Programme (Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant) and a Further Education and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Learner Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant) through the accredited Pharmacy Healthcare Academy.<\/p>\n<p>A structured learning programme that consists of a theoretical and practical component and that leads to a qualification that is registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF)<\/p>\n<p><b>As a Learner on this programme you will be required to meet the following objectives:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully complete the Learnership Training Contracts at a registered Clicks Pharmacy and under an approved tutor<\/li>\n<li>Attend the required training interventions and successfully complete the competency assessments<\/li>\n<li>Submit a Portfolio of Evidence<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the healthcare team in one of the Click&#8217;s Pharmacies under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist and within the legal scope of practice as outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification requirement:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Essential requirement: completion of Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics (or 60% in Mathematical Literacy) and 50% in English<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills, Abilities and Job-Related Knowledge:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service orientated<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Numeracy<\/li>\n<li>Literacy<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Essential Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Adhering to Principles and Values<\/li>\n<li>Working with People<\/li>\n<li>Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations<\/li>\n<li>Following Instructions and Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Relating and Networking<\/li>\n<li>Planning and Organising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preference will be given to individuals that:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet the Company&#8217;s EE targets as set out in our employment equity plan<\/li>\n<li>Meet the furtherance of the National Agenda for the development of unemployed youth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work back agreement:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Successful applicants will be required to enter into a work back agreement and will be required to work for Clicks as a qualified Pharmacist Assistant for a period equal to the length of the learnership period as a minimum<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.clicksgroup.co.za\/?s=clic_sd_advert_view&amp;g=3923&amp;i=31574&amp;utm_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY\u00a0<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you want to work and obtain a qualification at the same time?
