The programme will be for the period of\u00a0<strong>12 months as a minimum to end no later than 31 December 2019 full-time<\/strong>\u00a0depending on the discipline need.<\/p>\n<p>The commencement of the programme will be in the month of May 2018 or earlier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Engineering [x2]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>N6, S4 or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR<\/li>\n<li>S4 or National Diploma Light Current \/ Instrument Engineering \/ Electrical (Process Control and Instrumentation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Engineering \u2013 Apprentices [x2]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>N2 with Plater or Fitter or Electrical Trade Theory as a major subject (Full Certificate \u2013 4 subjects)<\/li>\n<li>Completed off the job modules (Training Center) and in need of on the job modules (Workplace)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Metallurgy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>N6 or S4 in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Human Resources [x2]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>N6 or University or University of Technology qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Information Technology<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma or B-Tech or Degree in Information Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>N6 or National Diploma or Degree in Public Relations Management \/ Business Management \/ Communication \/ Journalism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Finance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>N6 or National Diploma or Degree in Business Management \/ Cost Management and Accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>3-year qualification majoring and focusing in the field of Environmental Science, relevant Natural Science<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Occupational Hygiene<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Diploma or B-Tech in Environmental Health<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Supply Chain<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma or B-Tech or Degree in Logistics Management \/ Supply Chain Management \/ Commercial Law \/ Procurement<\/li>\n<li>Drivers\u2019 License will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Security<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Study towards or completed a Diploma \/ Degree in Security and Risk Management or having done subjects related to law in a qualification, but would like to pursue an opportunity in Security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administration [x3]<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>N6 or National Diploma or Degree in Office Management and Technology \/ Management Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Geotechnical<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Geology \/ Geotechnical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Drivers\u2019 License will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mine Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 \/ Matric \/ Std 10 \/ Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma or B-Tech in Mine Surveying or Degree in Mine Surveying \/ Mineral Resources Management<\/li>\n<li>Drivers\u2019 License will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>n addition to above minimum criteria the incumbent will also meet the following requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication in English<\/li>\n<li>Be able to analyze and interpret information<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently as well as in a team<\/li>\n<li>A continuous mindset<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Assist in building a high-performance culture<\/li>\n<li>Able to travel if need be<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to work standby\/overtime \/ CONOPS as relevant and required by the discipline<\/li>\n<li>Appointment to these positions is dependent on successful completion of the Company\u2019s screening protocols such as being declared Medical and physically fit; security clearance; validity check on qualifications; Psychometric and Technical Assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Situated about 35km North of Kroonstad in the Free State, Voorspoed mine offers great opportunities to talented people.
