{"id":40025,"date":"2018-04-26T09:43:21","date_gmt":"2018-04-26T07:43:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=40025"},"modified":"2018-04-26T10:54:49","modified_gmt":"2018-04-26T08:54:49","slug":"centre-teller-learnership-12-vacancies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/centre-teller-learnership-12-vacancies.html","title":{"rendered":"Centre Teller Learnership [12 Vacancies]"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<span class=\"c5\">Cash Centre Teller<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a vacancy for a Cash Centre Teller\u00a0based at our operations in Marble Hall.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mAToGwNn c7\"><\/div>\n<p>Reporting to the Cash Centre Supervisor, this role is responsible for effectively counting, balancing\u00a0and reconciling\u00a0the customers\u2019 money in line with the cash processing procedures<\/p>\n<p>The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgment in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organization, and understanding the role which facilities management\u00a0plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be\u00a0results driven and to live the values of the organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"c8\"><strong>Balancing of cash received<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify customer cash deposits<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client registers and ensure that it is accurately completed<\/li>\n<li>Balance and Reconcile cash on compass or ISA or relevant counting system and print report for submission to the treasury<\/li>\n<li>Verify customers details on the compass to ensure that the account number and is correct customer reference is correct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong class=\"c9\">Ensure that Cash Processing procedures are adhered to<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Sign for work received<\/li>\n<li>Check that the information on the bags are correct and compare it to the register that you have signed for<\/li>\n<li>Write bag number, customer information, the time you open the bag and the codes that refer to the customers on the whiteboard and show it to the camera<\/li>\n<li>Empty the bag inside out and show it to the camera<\/li>\n<li>Count the money as per the procedure and ensure that it balances different clients have different processes<\/li>\n<li>Stamp the deposit slip place it back into the bag and sent it to the client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c8\"><strong>Health and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the design\/ development\/ review\/ implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in safety forums created by the company for example safety meetings and safety talks<\/li>\n<li>Report all safety incidents to the relevant people<\/li>\n<li>Discuss all safety incidents<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on any activities assigned to safety meeting\/committee\/representative\/management<\/li>\n<li>Attend safety education and refresher programmes<\/li>\n<li>Comply with safety policies and procedures at the workplace<\/li>\n<li>Distribute safety information as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Wear protective clothing all the time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"c8\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 with mathematics and accounting<\/li>\n<li>2 years experience as a bulk teller<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"c8\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash processing and procedures<\/li>\n<li>G4S policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Verifying counterfeit notes<\/li>\n<li>Bulk cash balancing<\/li>\n<li>Customer thinking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates, but SA citizens will have a distinct advantage.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/community.g4s.com\/members\/?j=111598&amp;cookieState=off&amp;lang=en\">APPLY HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Cash Centre Teller G4S Cash Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, has a&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2250],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
