Senior Sales and Marketing Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Purpose of the role:<\/strong>
\nThe Club Sales & Marketing Manager to manage, train, motivate and control the Sales team in the pursuit of the team’s set goals and budgets in order to contribute to the club’s budgeted profitability.<\/p>\n

Key accountabilities:<\/strong>
\nManaging an effective member and corporate consultant team
\nMonitor and manage performance of the individuals and the team in order to meet individual and team budgets
\nPerforming administrative and all management functions in line with daily, monthly and quarterly deadlines
\nPerforming manager on duty (MOD) duties (Fitness and Fitness Plus only, other club types as required)
\nManage an effective sales and marketing team
\nEnsure a full sales team providing the relevant training
\nMonitor and manage performance of the team in order to meet individual and team budgets and targets
\nPerform all administrative and management functions according to deadlines, quartely, montly and daily<\/p>\n

Key skills and experience required:<\/strong>
\nStrong sales and marketing experience
\nsolid management experience
\nhave a good knowledge of customer service
\nMatric essential
\ntertiary qualification an advantage
\nprevious background in sales and marketing
\nprevious background in managing teams effectively<\/p>\n
