It\u2019s how they shape and strengthen the next generation of African talent and African leaders<\/p>\n<p class=\"added-to-list1\"><strong><span class=\"text-node\">Undergraduate Bursary<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"added-to-list1 c2\"><span class=\"text-node\">We have below, the two categories of bursary programmes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"added-to-list1\">\n<li>The undergraduate fund is specific to students that are on track to successfully complete their 1st year and require funding from their 2nd year of studies. Applicants should be well-rounded with strong academic results in the fields of commerce, science, engineering, mathematics, and technology at our preferred academic institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should have a 65% aggregate<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must register for\u00a0full-time undergraduate studies<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must meet the entry requirements of the University (preference is given to University of Cape Town, Wits University, the University of Pretoria, Rhodes University, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Stellenbosch University, the University of Johannesburg)<\/li>\n<li>Applicants will be required to participate in a formal assessment process including but not limited to Psychometric evaluation and interviews<\/li>\n<li>Financial need is considered in applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"added-to-list1\"><strong><span class=\"text-node\">Postgraduate studies in commerce, science, engineering, mathematics, and technology at our preferred academic institutions.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"added-to-list1\">\n<li>\u00a0Applicants should have a 65% aggregate<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must register for\u00a0full-time postgraduate studies<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must meet the entry requirements of the University(preference is given to University of Cape Town, Wits University, the University of Pretoria, Rhodes University, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Stellenbosch University, the University of Johannesburg)<\/li>\n<li>Applicants will be required to participate in a formal assessment process including but not limited to Psychometric evaluation and interview<\/li>\n<li>Financial need is considered in applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"added-to-list1 pf-delete\">The 150 Bursary programme Applications for 2019 open 1 April 2018 and close 31 August 2018.<\/p>\n<p class=\"added-to-list1\"><strong><span class=\"text-node\">Application procedure<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"added-to-list1\">\n<li>Due to a possible postal strike and the likelihood of applications not reaching us before the closing date, we encourage applicants to make use of the\u00a0\u00a0Online Application Feature.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, application forms can be downloaded from below.<\/li>\n<li>Email your completed form and supporting documents in PDF format (not exceeding 2 MB) to\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:apply@studytrust.org.za\">apply@studytrust.org.za<\/a>\u00a0or fax 086 538 1537.<\/li>\n<li>Completed application forms may still be submitted to the postal address, StudyTrust, Private bag X16, Braamfontein, 2017.<\/li>\n<li>For applying online, please indicate in the relevant drop-down menu that you are applying for the Standard Bank 150 Bursary Programme under bursary type.
