Pam Golding Properties (Pty) Ltd is looking for an Estate Agent who is curious; persistent with great attention to detail, but also sociable and outgoing. The role is about the successful marketing and selling of property and continued growth of market share, whilst providing excellent customer service and adherence to the job requirements to ensure that the PGP brand and ethos is upheld.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities <\/b><\/p>\n
\u2022 Collect information about a property and arrange for photographs to be taken;
\n\u2022 Visit and talk to the sellers about their property;
\n\u2022 Estimate the value of the property;
\n\u2022 Organise and attend to show days;
\n\u2022 Market and promote properties for sale;
\n\u2022 Represent the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers;
\n\u2022 Monitor sales and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other estates
\nagents;
\n\u2022 Advising clients and help buyers;
\n\u2022 Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the general market;
\n\u2022 Ensure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller.<\/p>\n

Education & Experience <\/b>
\n\u2022 Grade 12;
\n\u2022 Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (Intern), or be in a position to apply it;
\n\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license;
\n\u2022 Own reliable transport.<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Skills Required<\/b>
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
\n\u2022 Understand the rules and regulations in real estate;
\n\u2022 Computer literate;
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal and listening skills;
\n\u2022 Must be willing and able to work irregular hours (including weekends and evenings).<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS TO FULFILL REAL ESTATE QUALIFICATION OBLIGATIONS:<\/b>
\n\u2022 Completing a journal of your daily activities;
\n\u2022 Completing a portfolio of evidence of your learning and projects;
\n\u2022 Completing an NQF4 course and assessments successfully;
\n\u2022 Completing the EAAB logbook during your learnership;
\n\u2022 Attending all meetings and client visits determined by your mentor.<\/p>\n
