To process client information via the accounting system to produce annual financial statements for sole proprietors, partnerships, close corporations, non-audit trusts, and companies.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities <\/b>
\n\u2022 Source relevant client information
\n\u2022 Process and reconcile annual transactions from source documents
\n\u2022 Prepare working paper files
\n\u2022 Resolve review queries and complete final entries and tax returns
\n\u2022 Process and reconcile monthly client transactions and procedures, monthly management account reports, as well as client statutory returns
\n\u2022 Produce client reports (AFS, Minutes, Certificates, Management letters)
\n\u2022 Perform Audit Work
\n\u2022 Finalise an Audit File and propose an Audit opinion
\n\u2022 Manage personal performance
\n\u2022 Work effectively in teams
\n\u2022 Uphold ethics and values and act with integrity
\n\u2022 Set clear objectives and plan activities
\n\u2022 Work productively and in a challenging environment<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements <\/b>
\n\u2022 3-year SAICA training contracts are available to graduates and postgraduates who have completed an Accounting\/ Auditing degree at a SAICA\/ SAIPA accredited tertiary institution.
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of Case ware and Pastel
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 Customer focused
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and time management skills
\n\u2022 High levels of quality and detail orientation
