Key Performance Areas<\/b><\/p>\n
HR Administration
\n\u2022Ensure that all relevant documents are filed and saved on SharePoint
\n\u2022Ordering of required stationery for the department, within budget
\n\u2022Coordinate logistics for events across the business linked to the various talent and L&D initiatives
\n\u2022Communicate with relevant stakeholders in all branches
\n\u2022Collect and collate information as required<\/p>\n
Learning & Development<\/b>
\n\u2022Support the execution of learning & development processes, projects, and initiatives
\n\u2022Coordinate the administration of Nisela funding and Fundza Bursaries
\n\u2022Data entry for month end and ad-hoc reporting
\n\u2022Assist with various administrative functions such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and binding of learning materials
\n\u2022Process invoices and stationery requests on Fraxion and record same for L&D, HR and Employee Engagement
\n\u2022Obtain quotes and complete bookings for travel and accommodation
\n\u2022Book venues for meetings\/training interventions. Set up venues on the day of training by arranging projector, laptop, flip charts, lunch, white board, pens, refreshments etc.
\n\u2022Assist with HR \/ L&D events<\/p>\n
Talent Management<\/b>
\n\u2022Support the execution of talent management processes and initiatives, including performance appraisals, mentorship, leadership development programmes and succession planning.
\n\u2022Assist in driving the performance appraisal process
\n\u2022Assist with coordination and monitoring of participation in leadership development programs
\n\u2022Track the progress of high potential individuals and assist with the implementation of career development and retention\/reward initiatives
\n\u2022Administer talent assessment tools and ensure employees are informed, utilize the tools effectively and receive feedback as required
\n\u2022Assist with the implementation of coaching and mentorship initiatives
\n\u2022Assist with the execution and logistical arrangements for OD and talent projects<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/b>
\n\u2022Analyse and report findings relating to L&D and talent management, in a clear and concise manner
\n\u2022Produce weekly and month-end feedback reports as required<\/p>\n
