\"\"<\/a>This role is responsible for Recruiting Graduates from various campuses within SA. The role will require establishing relationship with campus career centers, to be able to do presentations on career options available within IBM. You will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate marketing material is developed to be able to attend and mange career days on campuses.<\/p>\n

The successful individual will also manage all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.<\/p>\n

Required<\/strong>
\nHigh School Diploma\/GED
\nAt least 3 years experience in End to end Recruitment life cycle in a corporate environment
\nAt least 2 years experience in End to end Recruitment in a client facing capacity within an Agency \/ service provider environment
\nAt least 3 years experience in Client service and results driven with an afinity for meeting targets and reporting on progress
\nAt least 3 years experience in e-Recruitment Tool management
\nAt least 3 years experience in Recruitment risk mitigation with a deep understanding of processes
\nAt least 3 years experience in Experience in managing a graduate recruitment programme within a corporate environment
\nEnglish: Fluent<\/p>\n

Preferred<\/strong>
\nBachelor’s Degree
\nAt least 4 years experience in End to end Recruitment life cycle in a corporate environment
