{"id":40594,"date":"2018-06-05T16:02:43","date_gmt":"2018-06-05T14:02:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=40594"},"modified":"2018-06-05T16:22:34","modified_gmt":"2018-06-05T14:22:34","slug":"small-projects-foundation-new-job-position","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/small-projects-foundation-new-job-position.html","title":{"rendered":"Small Projects Foundation New Job Position"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Small Projects Foundation (SPF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), that aims at achieving the development of individuals, families and communities who are committed to their own growth and development.<\/p>\n<p>SPF seeks to appoint a\u00a0Supervisor, to be based in Eastern Cape.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Position:<\/strong> <strong>Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Eastern Cape<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Social Work degree and registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supervising community development workers<\/li>\n<li>Community development experience with minimum of two years within the context of child protection, adolescents and youths, therapeutic work, social development, and health<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and experience working in adolescent and HIV\/AIDS programmes<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and experience of working with community based organisations and other community structures such as churches and schools<\/li>\n<li>Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team setting<\/li>\n<li>Sound decision making and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time, work under pressure prioritise tasks to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak isiXhosa<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver\u2019s license (not negotiable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit CV to\u00a0<strong>hr@spf.org.za<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:<\/strong> Wednesday, 6 June, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Small Projects Foundation (SPF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), that aims at achieving the development of individuals, families and communities who are committed to their own growth and development.
