R 8 000 commission for every R 100 000 sponsorship received and R 4 000 for every half- sponsorship received. Full commission will only be paid if the lead has been generated by the employee. Commission will be shared if more than one person engaged the lead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Report to:<\/strong> Regional Manager Inland Regions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enrolment of PfPs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Regional manager who leads the PfP enrolment process as well as the Leadership team nationally<\/li>\n<li>Meet with potential sponsors and participants as required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an up-to-date data base of all PfP conversations with Business Leaders<\/li>\n<li>Be a PfP ambassador who represents the organisation at events and functions<\/li>\n<li>Provide support and information to regional teams to achieve the expansion targets of the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular updates to the Leadership team on all PfP recruitment activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain relationships with key people and current partners. Liaise with them concerning the onward process of Partners for Possibility (PfP)<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Regional manager and support the building and maintaining of key Stakeholder Relationships<\/li>\n<li>Identify Key Stakeholders and formulate a strategy to maintain these relationships (including current PfPs and Principals)<\/li>\n<li>Meet and network with strategic partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fundraising:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the fundraising efforts, i.e. Networking, proposal writing and feedback to funders<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential funders and other fundraising opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the stakeholder engagement strategy supports the overall fundraising strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marketing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the process to compile and maintain a comprehensive database of stories of successes at schools and in communities<\/li>\n<li>Support the process to continuously refine the Value Proposition of the organisation and articulate to CSI managers the successes of sustainable CSI initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Support the update of all marketing material and ensure that it speaks clearly to potential CSI investors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills, ability to write well, speak and present to groups of people<\/li>\n<li>Clear reasoning and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong decision making skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with executives in business, government and civil society<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a cross-cultural setting<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a virtual environment, understanding how important it is to give feedback to your colleagues in other parts of the country when you don\u2019t see them regularly<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and working in situations where there are no clear-cut answers<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills and an attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead through influence, as opposed to direct line management<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in more than one South African language would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Marketing and Sales is a requirement<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to work flexible hours and attend Symphonia events as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV to Irma\u00a0<strong>irma@symphonia.net<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>15 June, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Symphonia for South Africa (SSA) is a social enterprise that operates the well-known Partners for Possibility programme in under-resourced primary and secondary schools.\u00a0The organisation is active in the education and&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1350,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[65],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
