The main purpose of KZNPPHC is to improve the quality of health and well-being for the people of KwaZulu-Natal through Comprehensive Primary Health Care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Kwa-Zulu Natal<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> The salary for this position is competitive<br \/>\n<strong>Report to<\/strong>: Board of Directors<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall management of the organisation and staff<\/li>\n<li>Strategic development of the organisation<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management including budget control measures<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Funders and relevant Stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant degree in Human Sciences or equivalent qualification<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three to five years health related experience at management level<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy and a valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>A track record of managing multiple projects to completion and working with key stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Experience in learning and development for youth<\/li>\n<li>Broad knowledge of NGO Sector, and experience in working with Community Structures<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the functioning of health care systems e.g. DHS, PHC<\/li>\n<li>Management, Leadership, Interpersonal and good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Marketing, Fundraising and Project Management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to formulate, analyse and implement policies<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of relevant Labour legislation<\/li>\n<li>Pay special attention to the look and feel of final work products, checking to ensure the final products shared with internal and external stakeholders are meticulous, clean and comprehensive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit CV to KZNPPHC, P.O.
