The graduate development program, is based on a three year development plan. The opportunity is based on the requirements for the 1st year only with different requirements for each of the following years.<\/p>\n
Job Title:\u00a0Sasol Mechanical Engineer Traineeship<\/strong><\/p>\n Non-Permanent Employment \u2013 3 year fixed term contract<\/p>\n PURPOSE OF THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS<\/strong><\/p>\n It is intended that the Graduate Chemical Engineer focus on the following main elements in order to build skills within operations:<\/p>\n Within this training period the EIT will have an opportunity to be assessed after every 6 months to demonstrate competencies developed and highlight areas which require focus and at the end of the 36 month period in order to be declared competent.<\/p>\n After being declared competent at the end of the 36 month period, you will become eligible to apply for vacant Engineer gr.I positions.
