{"id":41307,"date":"2018-07-05T09:00:46","date_gmt":"2018-07-05T07:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=41307"},"modified":"2018-07-03T11:56:42","modified_gmt":"2018-07-03T09:56:42","slug":"mould-empower-serve-mes-available-position","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/mould-empower-serve-mes-available-position.html","title":{"rendered":"Mould Empower Serve (MES) Available Position"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MES Cape Town renders services to the homeless and vulnerable communities according to the MES holistic service model, which consists of intake, intervention and sustainable exit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR\u00a0and Admin<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Cape Town<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> R7 300 per month, cost to company<\/p>\n<p>This is a part-time position<\/p>\n<p>Staff wellbeing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimise staff wellbeing and staff productivity in conjunction with the branch manager<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for the workloads of staff on leave to be allocated to identify individuals\/temporary staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all annual\/bi-annual performance processes are completed timeously and professionally<\/li>\n<li>Take the facilitating lead in disciplinary processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Administration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all personnel staff files are up to date<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that staff complete and sign leave forms and ensure the leave register is up to date and the staff leave audit completed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all HR and all relevant BM filing and record keeping is done<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and improve the MES HR management processes and policies in conjunction with the rest of the MES (npc) HR senior manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with funding proposals that are related to the development of MES staff<\/li>\n<li>Take minutes of relevant BM led meetings<\/li>\n<li>Manage the diary schedule of the Branch Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payroll<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure time sheets, leave and related processes are timeously completed for the monthly salary run in conjunction with the branch finance officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write contributions related to staff for the quarterly Messenger and Branch newsletter where relevant<\/li>\n<li>Compile monthly HR report to Branch Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or three-year diploma in HR<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in an HR position<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office including Office365<\/li>\n<li>Experience in SAGE or Salesforce beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Administrative, organising and training skills<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about developing and serving poor people<\/li>\n<li>Personal integrity, confidentiality and dependability<\/li>\n<li>Be energised by developing people potential and staff wellbeing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and in a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit a CV to Annelise La Grange\u00a0<strong>annelise@mes.org.za<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> 6th July, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MES Cape Town renders services to the homeless and vulnerable communities according to the MES holistic service model, which consists of intake, intervention and sustainable exit.
