The Clothing Bank supports the goal of up-skilling and equipping over 1000 previously unemployed women per year to have the ability to personally change the course of their destiny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Training Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Paarl branch, Western Cape<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the training programmes to ensure successful completion of training programmes by beneficiaries and that training is in line with The Clothing Bank philosophy<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and schedule the Programme Calendar<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate training<\/li>\n<li>Guide and support the training facilitator team and assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure best delivery of the programmes<\/li>\n<li>Develop training material to meet specific needs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor the mentoring and coaching of beneficiaries by mentors and coaches<\/li>\n<li>Promote training programmes to external organisations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate\u00a0and conduct the relevant surveys and assessments with beneficiaries to assess progress<\/li>\n<li>General administrative duties relating to reporting, data handling, the monthly calendar and related matters<\/li>\n<li>Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and encouraging the values and behaviours to support The Clothing Bank culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 with a related tertiary qualification in Training\/Education<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in a similar or related environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in entrepreneurial development\u00a0 will be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Administration experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential<\/li>\n<li>Training facilitation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning and organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and attentive to detail<\/li>\n<li>Decisiveness, initiative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit a CV to\u00a0<strong>managerwinelands@theclothingbank.org.za<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful applicant must demonstrate personal EQ, be open to cultivating networks and partnerships, set high personal work standards, value diversity and the reinforcing of others\u2019 self-worth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong>\u00a013th July, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Clothing Bank is a nonprofit fast Growing women&#8217;s empowerment enterprise that helps empower unemployed mothers through enterprise development with the objective of making them financially and socially independent.
