Preference will be given to internal applicants (permanent employees) of the Electoral Commission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LOGISTICS Grad \/ Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ref: No-01<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification (Degree \/ Diploma) in Supply Chain Management \/ Logistics \/ Procurement \/ Warehousing\/ Transport Management (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PROCUREMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT Grad \/ Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ref: No-02<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Logistics \/ Supply Chain Management (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>GRAPHIC DESIGNERS Grad \/ Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ref: No-03<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ N3 and a tertiary qualification (Diploma\/ Degree) in Graphic Design (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).\u00a0 He\/ she must have covered the latest versions of three or more of the following programmes: Photoshop; Illustrator; InDesign; Flash and Adobe Captivate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Information Technology Grad \/ Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ref: No-04<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ N3 certificate and a tertiary qualification \u2013 CompTIA A+ \u2013 CompTIA Network + \u2013 Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (or working towards it); (Degree\/ Diploma) in Information Technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Human Resources Management Grad \/ Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ref: No-05<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric \/ N3 certificate and a Completed tertiary qualification (Degree \/ Diploma) in HRM \/ Labour Relations \/ Training &amp; Development\/ OD (a post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please Note That<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants for the above position\/s should not have a high party political profile.<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates will be required to enter into performance contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Should applicants be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).<\/li>\n<li>All applications must include:\n<ul>\n<li>a covering letter that clearly indicates the relevant reference number of the post and\u00a0your employee number (permanent employees) as it appears on your salary advice;<\/li>\n<li>a recent, updated comprehensive curriculum vitae; and<\/li>\n<li>certified copies of all qualification documents and identity documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Failure to attach the relevant reference number and to submit the requested documents will result in the application not being considered.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that recommended candidates will undergo risk assessments, including inter alia the verification of curricula vitae, all qualifications, criminal and credit assessments and appointments will only be made upon positive verification thereof.<\/li>\n<li>All appointments are subject to a probation period of twelve months.<\/li>\n<li>The Electoral Commission will only correspond with short-listed candidates.<\/li>\n<li>The Electoral Commission is under no obligation to fill the position\/s and reserves the right not to make any appointment in the above post\/s.
