This role is responsible for administrative and financial support to the Project Manager and coordinating activities with a diverse team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project and Office Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Grabouw,\u00a0Moltena\u00a0Park,\u00a0Western Cape<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> Project Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Hours:<\/strong> 08h00 to 16h00<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market-related<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficient and professional administrative support to the project manager<\/li>\n<li>Diary and time management<\/li>\n<li>Reception and telephone answering duties<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate general office administration<\/li>\n<li>Minute meetings as required<\/li>\n<li>Update and manage filing systems, registers and reports<\/li>\n<li>Produce a range of business correspondence to a high professional standard<\/li>\n<li>General financial and HR related admin duties<\/li>\n<li>Supportive functions to the educare centres, e.g. stock purchasing, stock distribution ect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum five\u00a0years\u2019 experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate in MS office<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in administrative, finance and hr duties<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability\u00a0to work under pressure to manage a varied workload<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s License essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV, qualifications and contactable references or queries to\u00a0<strong>educare@hope.org.za\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have not received a response within two weeks of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>Thembalitsha reserves the right to withdraw this advertisement at any time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicaton Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>15th July, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Thembalitsha Foundation, a registered nonprofit organisation operating in Grabouw, seeks to appoint an experienced Project and Office assistant.
