Looking for a dynamic current executive director interested in taking on a more\u00a0substantial challenge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Director<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Johannesburg<\/p>\n<p><strong>PURPOSE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization and to ensure that the organisation fulfils its strategic mandate. He\/she is responsible for managing and coordinating ACFS teams to ensure that the organisation\u2019s mission and vision are championed and monitors progress of implementation against agreed targets with donors and investors.<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Director works closely with the Governing Body, senior management team and project management teams to drive delivery of all organisational programmes timeously, and to manage the teams and support functions to ensure operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>To lead the execution of strategy as mandated by the board, fundraising and management of donors and stakeholders at all levels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership, to ensure effective programme and strategy execution, provide support and guidance to the programme management teams<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development and effective execution of programmes in all locations.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the financial management to prepare and submit the annual operating budget to the Governing Body for approval and prudently manage organisation\u2019s resources in line with donor requirements and expectations<\/li>\n<li>Engage big business<\/li>\n<li>Effectively recruit and manage the human capital of the organisation according to authorised policies and procedures that fully conform to current legislation and framework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KEY COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Assertiveness skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication\u00a0skills<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to learn<\/li>\n<li>Good networking skills<\/li>\n<li>Financial understanding<\/li>\n<li>A relevant tertiary qualification is also required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary range: <\/strong>R800\u00a0000 ctc &#8211;\u00a0 R1 million ctc negotiable<\/p>\n<p>To apply: Send covering letter and CV to\u00a0<strong>joanne@exclusivepeople.co.za<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>peter@exclusivepeople.co.za.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enquiries phone Joanne Kaplan (083-625-9671) or Peter Christie (073-236-0305)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Take this inspiring\u00a0non-profit organisation to the next level.
