Through its pioneering work in the research and promotion of voluntary medical male circumcision scale-up activities, CHAPS has successfully implemented and disseminated sustainable evidence-based health solutions throughout South Africa and the region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Admin Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Johannesburg<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Operations Manager<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with generating Purchase orders on Pastel and sending to suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Assist with all printing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with receiving of orders from suppliers and dispatching of orders to the Chaps sites<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of fleet card slips and filing<\/li>\n<li>Assist with regular provision of kitchen supplies and stock taking thereof<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the organisational stationery requirements and distribution of stationery as per staff requests<\/li>\n<li>Regular stock-take of Stationery and Meds in Store room and office<\/li>\n<li>Assist with photo copying and distribution of forms required by the Clinics<\/li>\n<li>Assist with daily trouble shoot of faulty equipment e.g. printers, diathermies<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Training Manuals and Arrange Refreshments (tea, coffee, etc from the office)<\/li>\n<li>Assist with sorting and taking count of Medication and equipment when clinics close<\/li>\n<li>Assist with any other duties assigned as necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric certificate or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years of hands on administrative support experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Pastel, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of operating standard Office equipment<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills-written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritise projects and strong problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Organisational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit CV, cover letter to\u00a0<strong>recruitment@chaps.org.za<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>23rd July, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CHAPS is one of the largest and proudly South African non-government organisations (NGO) focused on voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) as HIV prevention on the African continent.
