\nManage and promote DCFS Finance and Insurance business sales objectives within the captive dealer network while contributing to company’s overall profitability.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Drive and manage the achievement of Finance & Insurance Sales KPI’s
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain collaborative relationships and manage Sales performance with Brand Leaders \/ Dealer Principals \/ Business Managers \/ Sales Managers \/ Business Partners and relevant business stakeholders
\n\u2022 Manage strategic Sales Planning processes
\n\u2022 Manage Sales Reporting processes
\n\u2022 Ensure regular engagement with Corporate Customers & achievement of Sales objectives
\n\u2022 Manage Departmental employees to achieve the Department’s organisational goals, training and development of employees, disciplinary policies and procedures, and performance objectives
\n\u2022 Prepare and manage the Departments annual Budget, and reconcile the monthly operating expenses to Budget, for all employee costs and benefits including training costs<\/p>\n

\n8 years Automotive industry experience, preferably in Sales & Marketing<\/p>\n
\nBusiness\/Marketing related degree\/diploma (B.Comm Marketing or Accounts)<\/p>\n
