excellence in research, treatment, training and prevention of HIV and related infections in Southern Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Facilitators [2 Positions]<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Masiphumelele, Fish Hoek in Cape Town<br \/>\n<strong>Duration: <\/strong>This is a one year fixed term contract<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to facilitate the psychosocial and educational intervention, prepare session material, administer intervention surveys and take part in other related administrative duties.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure retention of programme participants<\/li>\n<li>Ensure allocation of participants to intervention groups by performing randomisation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that consent and assent of all participants is obtained<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the psychosocial and educational intervention sessions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all materials for the sessions, reimbursement, refreshments and venue<\/li>\n<li>Complete post-session debriefing reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist in administering intervention surveys<\/li>\n<li>Assist in related administrative duties<\/li>\n<li>Keep participants energised and interested<\/li>\n<li>Ensure non-biased, consistent, complete and accurate data collection<\/li>\n<li>Respond to data queries related to the matters<\/li>\n<li>Engage in regular updates with onsite staff and all relevant partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12<\/li>\n<li>Accredited Certificate\/s in facilitation<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of one to two years\u2019 experience in facilitating family or youth driven programmes<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy including email, word processing, spreadsheets<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English and isiXhosa<\/li>\n<li>Inquisitive and non-judgmental attitude<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as well as independently<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and creative<\/li>\n<li>Administration skills<\/li>\n<li>Organisational, oral and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and to maintain effectiveness during changing conditions<\/li>\n<li>Detail oriented<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as a member of a team and manage multiple stakeholder relationships<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>Good Clinical Practice (GCP)<\/li>\n<li>Interviewing experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience in HIV\u00a0with adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Passion Innovation Progress Integrity Respect
