{"id":42007,"date":"2018-08-03T09:00:03","date_gmt":"2018-08-03T07:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=42007"},"modified":"2018-08-02T11:48:50","modified_gmt":"2018-08-02T09:48:50","slug":"living-hope-new-job-opportunity-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/living-hope-new-job-opportunity-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Living Hope New Job Opportunity Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Living Hope is a Christian based nonprofit organisation that strives to bring hope and break despair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Health Care Centre Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Western Cape.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to manage the medical care, clinical services, staffing and day to day running of our Health Care Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to Mission and Vision of Living Hope<\/li>\n<li>Ensure holistic health care service<\/li>\n<li>Manage finances and planning<\/li>\n<li>Manage programme (Effective Systems Management)<\/li>\n<li>Manage human resources<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the overall organisation in meaningful and practical ways<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary qualification in a health care related field (Social work, Professional nurse, Doctor, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist)<\/li>\n<li>Registration with the relevant Medical Council<\/li>\n<li>Managerial experience in the business or clinical management of a health care facility, health care unit or private practice<\/li>\n<li>Professional working experience of at least 10 years, five years of which must have been in a health care related environment<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting, financial planning and procurement, including events planning and fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Regulations and Accreditation compliance (Policies, Risk management, Health and Safety)<\/li>\n<li>Management of human resources.\n<ul>\n<li>Direct reports: 7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Total staff in Health Care Centre: 28<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your two\u00a0page\u00a0CV and application letter to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@livinghope.co.za\">recruitment@livinghope.co.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensure that you provide your current contact details as shortlisted candidates will be contacted to attend an interview.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not hear from us within two weeks you must assume that you were not successful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong>\u00a031st August, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Living Hope is a Christian based nonprofit organisation that strives to bring hope and break despair.
