{"id":42029,"date":"2018-08-04T09:30:58","date_gmt":"2018-08-04T07:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=42029"},"modified":"2018-08-03T12:37:41","modified_gmt":"2018-08-03T10:37:41","slug":"columba-leadership-new-job-position","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/columba-leadership-new-job-position.html","title":{"rendered":"Columba Leadership New Job Position"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Columba Leadership\u2019s is an NGO that activates youth enterprise and employment by helping young people transcend their personal circumstances and offers meaningful social impact to all investors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Provincial Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Durban<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to drive, deliver and manage the expansion of Columba Leadership in Kwa-Zulu Natal.\u00a0 The Provincial Manager is responsible for all new opportunities, operational, financial and human resources aspects of this position.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage provincial expansion plan<\/li>\n<li>Provincial planning, monitoring and resourcing of programme activities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee consistent quality delivery<\/li>\n<li>Manage provincial\u00a0monitoring and evaluation activities and ensure data quality<\/li>\n<li>HR Management<\/li>\n<li>Management of Provincial Budget<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate engagements with the Department of Education and Principals<\/li>\n<li>Funder presentations<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder relationship management (Department of Education, schools, venues, partners)<\/li>\n<li>Promote a value-based organisational culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be in possession of a Bachelor of Psychology or a Bachelor of Education Degree or a related degree<\/li>\n<li>Coaching\/Mentoring Qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Management Qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of five years\u2019 experience in general management including managing a team of 6 to 10 people<\/li>\n<li>Must be in possession of a valid Driver\u2019s Licence<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate at all levels \u2013 particularly at a senior level with prinicpals, stakeholders, investors and potential investors as well as Government representatives<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in MS Word \u2013 Competent in MS Projects advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Excellent report writing skills essential<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in written and verbal English<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills &#8211; ability to ensure that team members work as a team \u2013 \u201cliving\u201d the Columba Leadership values<\/li>\n<li>Adaptabilitiy and ability to work in a fluid environment<\/li>\n<li>Assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Administratively strong<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit CV applications, together with a letter of motivation, to<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@columba.org.za\">careers@columba.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Regret only suitable candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>Should you not be contacted within two weeks of the closing date, please consider the position filled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appication Deadline: <\/strong>10th August, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Columba Leadership\u2019s is an NGO that activates youth enterprise and employment by helping young people transcend their personal circumstances and offers meaningful social impact to all investors.
