{"id":42034,"date":"2018-08-06T09:00:36","date_gmt":"2018-08-06T07:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=42034"},"modified":"2018-08-03T12:40:18","modified_gmt":"2018-08-03T10:40:18","slug":"columba-leadership-new-vacancies-available-2-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/columba-leadership-new-vacancies-available-2-positions.html","title":{"rendered":"Columba Leadership New Vacancies Available [2 Positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"rtejustify\">Columba Leadership\u2019s is an NGO that activates youth enterprise and employment by helping young people transcend their personal circumstances and offers meaningful social impact to all investors.<\/p>\n<p>Columba\u00a0Leadership seeks to appoint a for the school based engagements of the programme, to be based in South Africa:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: School Engagement Officers [2 Positions]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Cape Town, Western Cape<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Conduct area research<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Conduct principal information sessions to engage principals<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Enable youth engagement in partner schools:\u00a0 Facilitate Principal engagement together with the Provincial Manager<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Conduct educator sessions to engage educators<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Conduct learner sessions to engage learners<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Communicate with Principals, Educators and Learners on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Stakeholder engagement with the Department of Education, Investors, Government Representatives\u00a0at a high level<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Implement monitoring and evaluation plan with support from monitoring and evaluation team<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Prepare and submit reports to Provincial Manager<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Transcribe recorded interviews<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Contribute to provincial reports for investors,\u00a0identifying and sharing positive stories and lessons learned<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Provide corporate engagement support during school visits<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Activate and mobilise school clusters: Facilitation of cluster sessions<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Involvement in Youth Connexion events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Must be in possession of a Bachelor of Psychology or a Bachelor of Education Degree or a related Degree<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Coaching \/ Mentoring qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Minimum of five years\u2019 experience working in schools at a Principal and Educator level<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Must be in possession of a valid Driver\u2019s Licence<\/li>\n<li class=\"rtejustify\">Must be proficient in Microsoft Word.
