The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant is responsible for ensuring that data is submitted timeously, fully cleaned and uploaded onto the dashboard.\u00a0 S\/he will also need to assure the accuracy and quality of the data and ensure that queries and correspondence is disseminated to relevant people and addressed.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate data collection, analysis and visual reporting on performance indicators and processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the organisation\u2019s tools on membership, attendance registers, monthly reports<\/li>\n<li>Scorecard, asset registers, training registers and wellbeing surveys are regularly utilised and relevant hard copies are stored<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up with staff on reporting timelines and data queries<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic Data Quality Assessments (DQA), data verifications and site visits<\/li>\n<li>Create pivots and subsequent graphs\/visuals of key data for tracking purposes<\/li>\n<li>Generate visual and\/or summary reports on data collection progress and quality<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular data summaries on monitoring data<\/li>\n<li>Correspond with staff to ensure quality of the data collected<\/li>\n<li>Data maintained and regularly updated according to schedule<\/li>\n<li>Contribute positively to any other monitoring and evaluation tasks that may arise to ensure the ongoing growth and relevance of operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 experience in administration and\/or data coordination role<\/li>\n<li>Interest in NGO environment<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and timelines<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in coordinating and following up on multiple activities<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in using Excel<\/li>\n<li>Competent written and oral skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, be delivery-oriented and work to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Diploma\/certificate in administration, data quality assurance, or related field would be a bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit \u00a0CV to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:publicaffairs@fieldband.org.za\">publicaffairs@fieldband.org.za<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with the Subject line:\u00a0Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant Application<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th\u00a0August, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Field Band Foundation, a nonprofit organisation, was established in 1997 to bring the global marching band concept to disadvantaged areas of South Africa and to develop a uniquely indigenous&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1350,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[243],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
