Job Title:\u00a0Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary: R456 913 to 685 370 per annum negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications<\/p>\n The Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit Manager has direct responsibility for leading Sonke\u2019s overall research, monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy, managing the unit\u2019s MEL strategic guidance and capacity building across the organisation, and developing innovative approaches to institutionalising MEL systems and standards to improve programme and advocacy quality, implementation, and sustainability.
