KPMG South Africa recruits: <strong>Executive Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide support to the IT Advisory business unit in the Western Cape with a focus on assisting senior management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><em><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">1.1<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Diary Management<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule meetings (external &amp; internal);<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with client contacts for external or client meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Diarising travel arrangements;<\/li>\n<li>Capturing expense claims for partner and associate director on or before deadline;<\/li>\n<li>Flight bookings, local and overseas, VISA applications and accommodation;<\/li>\n<li>Minute taking at management meetings and distributing timeously<\/li>\n<li>General document formatting and proof reading;<\/li>\n<li>Capturing leads on client data-base \u2013 CRM;<\/li>\n<li>Filing: invoice and engagement letters<\/li>\n<li>Birthday &amp; telephone list updates;<\/li>\n<li>General social activities;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining stationery cupboard;<\/li>\n<li>Collate various reports to be used for internal meetings and strategic management decisions;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with resource planning;<\/li>\n<li>Plan and co-ordinate functions for BU including meetings, end of year functions, financial year end functions, client functions \/ forums;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining stock of Cricket box i.e. catering and beverages; co-ordination and allocation of cricket tickets amongst partners;<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate recruitment activities with various Universities i.e. presentations &amp; socials (including setting up interviews &amp; workshops);<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with KPMG HR;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>1.2 Expense claims:<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>1.3 General Admin:<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>1.4 Marketing \/ Events management:<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><em>1.5 HR \u2013 for IT ADVISORY Graduate Recruitment<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         High levels of energy;<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Strong organisational ability<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Ability to communicate effectively with people across a wide spread of services and functions within KPMG<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Ability to prioritise and manage workload<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Ability to treat confidential information with diplomacy<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Ability to work to manage time and multi-task<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Confidence and enthusiasm<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Good interpersonal skills i.e. passion for people<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Hard worker with attention to detail<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Proactive and positive outlook<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Strong team player<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         Professional and disciplined<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7         High levels of energy;<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Jobs in South Africa at KPMG by Joblist South Africa\" href=\"https:\/\/kpmgza.recruitmax.com\/MAIN\/careerportal\/default.cfm?szUniqueCareerPortalID=4634448e-b10a-4082-8f53-1a31d6fdbcbc\">Click here to Apply online for this Vacancy<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KPMG firms are some of the world\u2019s leading providers of audit, tax and advisory services.
