The candidate must be flexible regarding travel and working away from home.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Description:<\/h3>\n<p>Forming part of the implementation team, the candidate will participate in the design of practical and creative solutions in a way that solves business problems, in conjunction with and guided by Functional Architects.<br \/>\nThe candidate will capture and understand the client\u2019s business requirements and specify system, application or process designs in a way that include client personnel and executives so that an implement-able and cost-effective solution design is produced. Activities will also include providing assistance with the with documentation and testing of the solution.<\/p>\n<h3>Job Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the testing of the designed solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the definition and design of solution parameters and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Assist and document the function design process.<\/li>\n<li>Document technical\/semi technical design specifications, including: Business requirements, Functional Specification, Technical issues (coding constraints, Performance), Key test Criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>This vacancy is open to recent graduates or to candidates with up to 2 years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Degree from a top University in IT, software engineering, software programming etc..).<\/li>\n<li>An analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to learn and develop within our organization.<\/li>\n<li>IT soft skills such as word and excel a must-have.
