The Foundation works for the benefit of non-fee paying schools, vulnerable groups in society as well as projects that promote sustainable livelihoods in the areas in which such non-fee paying schools exist. The Foundation established an in-school breakfast programme to complement the lunch provided by the Department of Basic Education National Schools Nutrition Programme (NSNP). Tiger Brands Foundation works closely with the NSNP team in the selection of schools with strict criteria applied to each school prior to the in-school programme being implemented.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Limpopo<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> Three years\u2019 fixed term contract.\u00a0 Renewable based on funding, performance and need<br \/>\n<strong>Package:\u00a0<\/strong>Market Related, five days a week.\u00a0 No performance bonus<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, implement and monitor community development projects<\/li>\n<li>Performance management of breakfast nutrition programme<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management with key stakeholders such as principals, district, provincial of\ufb01cers, service providers and others<\/li>\n<li>Daily site visits<\/li>\n<li>Manage food handlers and school monitors<\/li>\n<li>Report writing: Weekly \/ Monthly \/ Quarterly<\/li>\n<li>Train<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly meeting with the district \/ provincial of\ufb01ce<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings and workshops on behalf of the Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Desktop research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Management \/ Social Science \/ NGO Project Management \/ Educators<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three to five years\u2019 experience in working at school\/community development level<\/li>\n<li>Strong community development skills and\/or experience<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy, Microsoft Of\ufb01ce<\/li>\n<li>Ability \u2013 Budgets \/ PowerPoint \/ Presentations \/ Report writing<\/li>\n<li>People \u2013 Be able to work at a management level right down to the community level<\/li>\n<li>Strong community development skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work unsupervised<\/li>\n<li>Prepared to work and travel irregular hours and occasional overtime<\/li>\n<li>Must have a driver\u2019s license and own reliable car, will be expected to travel between home and the respective schools daily, home and the DBE (provincial and district) for monthly meetings<\/li>\n<li>Must live within 30min proximity of Modimole and Bela Bela<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit CV to<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:foundation@tigerbrands.com\">foundation@tigerbrands.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>or contact 011 840 4654 for any enquiries<\/p>\n<p>Should you not hear from us by 21 September please consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>21st August, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Tiger Brands Foundation was established for broad-based community impact.
