The BANKSETA has implemented learning programmes targeting the unemployed youth. Do you want to step into the world of banking? Participate in a ONE year Learnership in the banking and microfinance sector and receive an<br \/>\nNQF5 Certificate in Management Development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuyasa 2019 Bankseta Learnership Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whilst a learnership does not guarantee permanent employment, the track record of absorption of learners on the Kuyasa programme, into the<br \/>\nsector, has been an impressive 75% \u2013 85%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kuyasa Learnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A completed 3 year tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Risk Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Financial Accounting,<br \/>\nFinancial Management or Law.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a positive recommendation or official testimonial from a previous school, learning institution, or religious institution.<\/li>\n<li>Present a professional image<\/li>\n<li>Verified qualification certificate<\/li>\n<li>Currently unemployed<\/li>\n<li>Clear credit (ITC) AND no criminal record<\/li>\n<li>Currently not participating in a learnership<\/li>\n<li>Under the age of 30 on the year that the learnership is recruiting for<br \/>\nNot involved in any other studies on the year that the learnership is recruiting for<\/li>\n<li>Person with a disability must provide a medical certificate confirming the nature of the disability<\/li>\n<li>Only South African Citizens in possession of a valid SA ID will be considered<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication in written and verbal English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Successful completion of the Kuyasa programme results in the achievement of a NQF5 certificate in Management Development<\/p>\n<p>There are no costs to you in applying for this learnership<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment takes place 6 months in advance prior to the year the programme commences.<\/p>\n<p>BANKSETA places advertisements in the national and regional newspapers, the BANKSETA website and Facebook page.<\/p>\n<p>BANKSETA appoints a recruitment agency that provides the relevant application requirements on their website as well; the advert would have the relevant details.<\/p>\n<p>The Letsema recruitments run annually from July to August.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kelly.co.za\/bankseta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click Here to Kuyasa ONLINE Application form<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bankseta.org.za\/youth_programmes.aspx?section=7&amp;page=59\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click Here to BANKSETA SITE<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date:<\/strong> Friday, August 31, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kuyasa learnership programme is open for application.
