SAAYC provides training and programme support services to youth clubs in Southern Africa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Centre Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Soweto, Johannesburg<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> R110 000 to R116 000<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Centre Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Gives Support to:<\/strong> SAAYC Projects and Programmes<br \/>\n<strong>Start Date:<\/strong> As soon as possible<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the position is to provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations within the Centre.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in preparing for Centre activities and projects (logistics, mailing list, evaluations)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Centre equipment and coordinating repairs<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and arranging for payment of Centre requisitions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Centre records and files<\/li>\n<li>Record monthly activities\u2019 statistics<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and reconcile monthly petty cash and any other incoming cash<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit monthly reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)<\/li>\n<li>Certificate in Office Administration<\/li>\n<li>Basic Project Management qualification would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years\u2019 experience in Office Administration<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain Administrative systems<\/li>\n<li>Community mobilisation<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in IT systems (applications)<\/li>\n<li>Report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Coordinate Computer Literacy trainings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit CV to Ms. Claudia Matshepo Sibiya<strong>\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@saayc.co.za\">hr@saayc.co.za<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Enquiries:\u00a0<\/strong>011 674 5405\/6<\/p>\n<p>All applications must be accompanied by certified copies of qualifications, detailed curriculum vitae and three traceable references.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20 August, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Southern African Association of Youth Clubs (SAAYC) is a nonprofit, membership organisation that works in youth development.
