Save the Children South Africa (SCSA) is implementing a programme that seeks to ensure that all children benefit from a strengthened child \u2013 rights system that delivers and monitor the realisation of their rights, and ensure that children experience less violence in schools, homes and communities. The programme also aims to support children to influence Local, Provincial and National Governance to ensure their survival, learning and protection.<\/p>\n

Through this programme, SCSA intends to push for increased public investment in children and reduction of violence against children in both school and home settings.<\/p>\n

Purpose of the Job<\/strong>
\nWe are looking for a Finance Officer to take charge of the financial management of our company by administering accounting operations and practice to meet legal requirements. The purpose of this role is to provide technical financial support and financial administration for the provincial office, as well as all the projects and programmes in the Province taking into consideration the Financial Management Act and the SCSA financial policy and procurement policy.
\nUltimately, the finance Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.<\/p>\n
