INERELA network includes 25 countries in Africa, Latin America and Asia. In each of the INERELA+ country networks, there is an established independent network.\u00a0 INERELA+ Secretariat which is considered Head Office is based in Randburg.<\/p>\n<p>An opportunity is available for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join the INERELA+\u00a0team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Finance Manager\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Randburg<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B Comm degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 financial management experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience managing donor funds will be advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and manage the Finances of the Secretariat and all its Country Networks using QuickBooks<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual financial reports and timely submission of reports to Donors<\/li>\n<li>Maintain banking relations, prepare monthly reconciliations, effect international transfer of funds.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the payroll, and submit tax returns, identify and comply with South Africa labor and tax law<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage fixed Asset Register, ensure Secretariat\u2019s assets are cost effectively procured, recorded and maintained and duly disposed<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise the annual company audit.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the annual budget preparation and consolidation as well as monthly preparation and submission of the variance statement to the Director.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the network cash flow<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain local and international office policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Train and supervise INERELA+ finance staff in different country networks.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all internal control procedures and donor regulations are followed for cash disbursement, and transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement systems of financial operations in the Secretariat and Country Networks<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage the Finance Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETENCIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Planning and organizing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Oral, written and excel skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Should you wish to apply please email CV and application letter to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:p.mabizela@inerela.org\">p.mabizela@inerela.org\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:nasrinamla@gmail.com\">nasrinamla@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>12 September 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INERELA+ is an International Network for religious leaders which was established to equip, empower and engage religious leaders living with or personally affected by HIV and AIDS to live positively&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1350,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[57],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>INERELA+ New Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
