Sustainable Coffee Bay manages and facilitates projects in three focus areas, Early Childhood Development, Education and Youth Development and Rural Assistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Projects Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Coffee Bay, Eastern Cape<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Depending on experience and qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage multiple community projects, hands on<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and complete action plans<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate monthly financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate monthly narrative<\/li>\n<li>Maintain donor liaison<\/li>\n<li>Staff management, training and development<\/li>\n<li>Network and negotiate partnerships with stakeholders for the benefit of the projects<\/li>\n<li>Fundraise to sustain NPO<\/li>\n<li>Management of beneficiaries<\/li>\n<li>Carry the responsibility of multiple jobs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that a good relationship is kept with local community members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong English writing skills and communication (funding applications, blog posts, emails and social media)<\/li>\n<li>Some financial, accounting and budgeting experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and be able to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing and emphathetic personality and passionate about community work<\/li>\n<li>Time management and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Management experience<\/li>\n<li>Valid drivers\u2019 license preferable<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills and proactive<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated and grounded person<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit an application letter and a detailed CV to<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:happydays@sustainablecoffeebay.org.za\">happydays@sustainablecoffeebay.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st August, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sustainable Coffee Bay (SCB) is a nonprofit organisation whose mission is to increase access to, and quality of education, skills and employment.
