{"id":42462,"date":"2018-08-29T11:47:44","date_gmt":"2018-08-29T09:47:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=42462"},"modified":"2018-08-29T11:47:44","modified_gmt":"2018-08-29T09:47:44","slug":"ndlovu-care-group-new-job-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/ndlovu-care-group-new-job-opening.html","title":{"rendered":"Ndlovu Care Group New Job Opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ndlovu Care Group is a South African nonprofit organisation based in a rural environment, Elandsdoorn, Limpopo Province, which provides comprehensive integrated Health\/Community Development services and partnered up with International Partnership for Microbicides for a research\u00a0study.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Research Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Limpopo<\/p>\n<p>The research manager for the Ndlovu Research Consortium (NRC) will be responsible for assisting the scientific coordinator and investigators in the management of the NRC research portfolio, and will manage components of multiple studies with supervision. He\/she will be responsible for providing support for study activities and other study-related plans, as well as applicable study-related procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist investigators with research activities and project management<\/li>\n<li>Complete required templates and documents, and maintain records related to assigned projects<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain files and spread sheets to track activities<\/li>\n<li>Communicate progress towards planned timelines<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on progress<\/li>\n<li>Work with scientific coordinator and investigators to assist with study development<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development of documents and materials used for study execution (Investigator brochures, training materials, etc.).\u00a0Standard operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and file study related documentation<\/li>\n<li>Manage components of research studies or projects with supervision and guarantee quality control<\/li>\n<li>Manage research centre staff, including overseeing their daily tasks, training, and team building<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Activities<\/li>\n<li>Know, understand, incorporate, and comply with all applicable ethical requirements for conducting research according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post graduate degree, preferably in Life Sciences, with 0 to 2 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of research principles GCP<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and\/or experience about HIV\/AIDS will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience with clinical laboratorium work will be advantage<\/li>\n<li>Application of scientific research principles<\/li>\n<li>Project management, organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Team builder<\/li>\n<li>Written and oral communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit a detailed CV to HR Administrator Anita Foulds, at fax number 013\u00a0262 3498 or by e-mail to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@ndlovu.com\">recruitment@ndlovu.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that if you have not had a response from us within 7 days after the closing date of this advert, you can deem your application as unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th September, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ndlovu Care Group is a South African nonprofit organisation based in a rural environment, Elandsdoorn, Limpopo Province, which provides comprehensive integrated Health\/Community Development services and partnered up with International Partnership&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1350,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[374],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
