Amref Health Africa also emphasizes the integration of health services, social and economic empowerment of women, and a rights-based approach to health.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administration Clerk<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong> Mohlakeng\u00a0Clinic,\u00a0Randfontein<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> the Facility Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities will include, but not limited to the following<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admission of patients, proper records management systems, management of queues.<\/li>\n<li>Recording of patients waiting times and proper direction of patients.<\/li>\n<li>Ordering and safe keeping of stationery.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and recording of facility assets<\/li>\n<li>Capture information electronically and manually.<\/li>\n<li>File documents properly.<\/li>\n<li>Retrieve files as per request.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings and functions.<\/li>\n<li>Make copies and fax.<\/li>\n<li>Render auxiliary services to supervisory and professional personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Do receptionist functions.<\/li>\n<li>Updating of patients information and files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Data management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture information in the ETR.net software at sub district level.<\/li>\n<li>Data validation, verification, analysis<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to the DMIS policy to strengthen data management in the sub district<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch of ETR.net data to the district.<\/li>\n<li>Validate, verify and analyse data prior to submission to the next level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, experience and key competencies required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy certificate<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse statistics<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years Administration experience in the Public service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you meet the above requirements, deliver your application letters (Clearly indicating the title of the position being applied for in the e-mail address subject line), up-to-date CV with 2 traceable referees to the following address:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Daisy.Mamphogoro@Amref.org\"><strong>Daisy.Mamphogoro@Amref.org<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0or hand deliver at Mohlakeng Clinic, 904 Mzolo Street, Mohlakeng 1759<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications received later than<strong> 2nd September 2018<\/strong> will not be considered.<br \/>\nSelection interviews to be conducted week beginning 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0September and date of commencement in new position to follow soon after successful candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Only shortlisted candidates will be acknowledged<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAMREF \u2013 SA\u00a0is an Equal opportunities Employer\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amref Health Africa is a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya and established in 1957.
