Since 2012, Nal\u2019ibali has trained adults to launch and run reading clubs for children.<\/p>\n<p>The Nal\u2019ibali call centre handles inter-departmental network support and research projects on the wider Nal\u2019ibali network to maximize Nal\u2019ibali\u2019s nationwide footprint and support to our FUNda Leader network. The survey-based projects are captured on our cloud-based Salesforce CRM system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Call Centre Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Cape Town<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct phone calls to the wider Nal\u2019ibali network.<\/li>\n<li>Capture data from phone calls efficiently and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Meet our quality assurance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Log outcomes of calls and ensure next steps are followed through.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily and weekly targets are met and calls are completed to a high standard.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and proactively problem solve with team members as issues arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person spec:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1-year outbound call centre and\/or phone-based survey\/research experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant tertiary qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Speedy and accurate typing and data capturing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Focused, efficient person, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Eloquent and friendly person who will present a positive impression of Nal\u2019ibali.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in more than one South African language; fluency in Afrikaans, Sesotho, Sepedi, Setswana and\/or Xitsonga strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working with databases preferred; prior experience working with Salesforce CRM platform desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Available to start immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, please forward your CV and a brief motivation to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:gugu@nalibali.org\">work@nalibali.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>by<strong>\u00a07<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Nal\u2019ibali Trust is a national reading-for-enjoyment campaign that seeks to spark and sustain a culture of reading.
