In addition, the Coordinator will provide support to the team to ensure that teams effectively meet the objectives and expected outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with school principals, SGBs, Health Teams, DSD, Clinics, communities and community service providers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all operational matters relating to the project<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient roll out of ISHP components<\/li>\n<li>Manage the collection and collation of data<\/li>\n<li>Build partnerships with other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Conduct community-based processes and workshops<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate health education programmes<\/li>\n<li>Attend the bi-monthly steering committee meetings<\/li>\n<li>Work with DSD, clinics and schools to develop roll-out work plans for ISHP<\/li>\n<li>Report writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary qualification or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years\u2019 experience in school and community-based prevention programme<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of NDOH HIV guidelines and service provision within Provincial and Local Government structures<\/li>\n<li>Training experience and mentoring of community based health \/ child and youth care\u00a0workers<\/li>\n<li>Experience with management of district and facility data<\/li>\n<li>networking skills and the ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Report writing skills and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite)<\/li>\n<li>Display leadership qualities and have interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, be a visionary and show initiative<\/li>\n<li>Code 08 drivers licence (candidates must be in possession of a full current driving licence)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit CV with three contactable references, copy of qualifications, and a covering letter to:<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@spf.org.za\">hr@spf.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If in the event that you do not hear from the organisation within 20 days of closing date, assume your application has been unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>SPF withhold the right not to fill the position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>14th September, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Small Projects Foundation (SPF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), that aims at achieving the development of individuals, families and communities who are committed to their own growth and development.
