The Haven Night Shelter Organisation\u2019s method is to make temporary shelter, rehabilitation opportunities, social welfare services, family reunification services, physical care and support available to adult people living on the streets who are committed to reintegration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Social Worker<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Western Cape<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong>\u00a0R 13 600 per month<br \/>\n<strong>Report to:<\/strong> Shelter Manager<\/p>\n<p>This is a permanent post<\/p>\n<p>The Social Worker will be responsible for all social work services and the development of and monitoring of PDP\u2019s and Exit plans for all clients.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Social Worker registered with SACSSP in South Africa<\/li>\n<li>Code B drivers licence essential non-negotiable<\/li>\n<li>Match The Shelter Manager\u2019s work programme<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing client information, is a pre-requisite<\/li>\n<li>Efficient handling of PDP with Exit Plans<\/li>\n<li>Experience in scheduling reviews, including the reviews of the exit date<\/li>\n<li>Experience in commencing group work within three weeks of taking over.
