Both partners have a deep understanding of the core components required to establish successful, self-sufficient, independent business owners who are able to provide quality education.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Education Mentor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Durban<\/p>\n<p>This is a part time,\u00a0five\u00a0mornings per week position<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this position is to mentor principals and teachers to deliver the GROW curriculum with excellence in an environment that meets the standards expected from a GROW school in order to achieve best practice educational outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>GROW with Educare Centre visits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct four field visits to Centres under management per month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mentoring and Training:<\/p>\n<p>New Franchisees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the facilitation of the eight weeks Education Induction training for all new\u00a0Franchise Owners and Teachers<\/li>\n<li>Assist with implementation at new Centres &#8211; upfront inventory check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Existing Franchisees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation of Early Inspirations App in Centres\n<ul>\n<li>Site visit checklist<\/li>\n<li>Development \/ Children Reports \u2013 oversee process biannually<\/li>\n<li>Inventory Checklist \u2013 oversee process annually<\/li>\n<li>Teacher Evaluations \u2013 oversee process annually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Centres are implementing the GROW curriculum and daily program<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate classroom layout<\/li>\n<li>Ensure health and hygiene standards are maintained<\/li>\n<li>Support Business Mentor with Registration Process for the Centres<\/li>\n<li>Support the Business Mentor with the Government Subsidy Process for the Centres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Office admin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan monthly Centre visits and submit to Education Implementation Manager<\/li>\n<li>Update weekly operational report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have managerial \/ leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Has experience in ECD.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to speak IsiZulu would be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your\u00a0CV to\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:kim@growecd.org.za\">kim@growecd.org.za<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>2nd October 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The GROW with Educare Centres project was incubated by a partnership between The Clothing Bank and Grow Learning Company.
