{"id":42870,"date":"2018-09-21T11:32:52","date_gmt":"2018-09-21T09:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=42870"},"modified":"2018-09-21T11:44:32","modified_gmt":"2018-09-21T09:44:32","slug":"cast-trust-new-ongoing-recruitment-share-apply","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/cast-trust-new-ongoing-recruitment-share-apply.html","title":{"rendered":"CAST Trust New Ongoing Recruitment &#8211; Share &#038; Apply"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CAST is a Christian community development organisation focusing on partnership with, and mobilisation of, local churches for the purposes of community transformation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Grant Writer or Fundraiser<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Durban<br \/>\n<strong>Start date:<\/strong> Immediately<\/p>\n<p>This is a one-year contract which may be renewed or become permanent subject to the performance and needs of the organisation at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the sourcing of potential funding organisations (companies, trusts, foundations etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Write proposals and corresponding funding reports<\/li>\n<li>Promote the organisation<\/li>\n<li>visit and liaise with donors and potential donors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to show evidence of a history of successful fundraising<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of BBBEE codes, and examples of previous proposals and reports<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English is a necessity<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, submit your CV to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sandy@cast.org.za\"><strong>sandy@cast.org.za<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0include your current salary or salary expectation, and notice period.<\/p>\n<p>CAST would prefer this to be a part time appointment, but are open to full time depending on the circumstances of the applicant.<\/p>\n<p>Should you not have heard from us by the<strong> 15 October<\/strong>, consider your application unsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>CAST reserves the right not to make this appointment if a suitable candidate cannot be found, insufficient funding is available to fill the position, or for any other reason at its own discretion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th September, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CAST is a Christian community development organisation focusing on partnership with, and mobilisation of, local churches for the purposes of community transformation.
